Vasectomy

Talking to some Thai guys the other say, seems they had never heard of a chap getting the snip and insisted me drawing pictures of what they do. Couldnt understand how you could have this done and still be able to rise to the occasion.
Is this an asian thing I wonder - not being able to make babies is a sign of poor manhood ?
