How much was the kitchen ?

That was a few years ago, and there was a lot going on with different contractors but I think it was about 480k for the cabinets. There are cabinets floor to ceiling (3 meters) on all four walls (you can only see 2 in the photo) plus the island. Inside the cabinets are all the latest convenience items like half circle stainless shelving in the corner cabs and 2 meter high pull out sections that have stainless shelving that can be accessed from both sides, etc.

It is a total of 28 cupboards (3 with glass doors and interior lighting) and 15 drawers, plus a built in wine rack.

Americans like a lot of storage. :D
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

Actually, thinking about it, the 480k included appliances; sink, hood, cooktop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and granite, etc. but we upgraded all those things from the quality of the original builder's estimate so the cabinets alone were probably around 400k (but that was at 2005 prices).

So, the total for the entire kitchen with the upgraded (European appliances) and imported marble was probably somewhere around 600k.
