visiting, probably in nov

Post by s77656769 »

probably for 5 days or so, my plans are rather flexible, and that is the way I like it

looking forward to relaxing around HH, checking out things a little, maybe having a drink or two, at a bar or two, maybe play some pool, maybe do some touristy stuff even, have to look around the board some more I guess, unless there are some must do things around?

from reading around a bit, Jings looks like it may suit me for accom, would appreciate similar recommendations in that general area in case they are booked

Welcome ???. That's quite a handle there. I hope it's not your phone number!

Welcome to the forum! :D
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

Another adventurer coming to town !!
If there is anyone out there who already know they going to HH in 2010 for 3+ days, please let us know, so we can be prepared. And RC can get his "welcome to the forum" posts ready.
Mr number you are going to spend FIVE days of your life here. And I guess for a cool and relaxed guy like yourself, it is just to arrive and have a good time, without wasting your time back home planning your stay here down to minor details.
Welcome, I am sure you will enjoy.

For some reason thaiorchid seems to think welcoming someone to the forum is a strange thing to do?

What a weird view to take... :?

Maybe its because no one welcomed it to the forum. Which is not surprising as its first post was just a big moan... :|

Yes it is a strange attitude as saying hello to strangers is a perfectly normal thing to do and it goes on all over the world every day.
My partner was listening to one of those learn English CD things yesterday and how to say hello was the very first lesson (although in an over-enthusiastic American accent, like someone trying to sell you Amway!)

Jing's is well-located for nightlife, night market, banks, day market etc.
If its booked no worries there are numerous guest houses and small hotels within metres. As well as Euro bakeries and eating places.
Don't make too many plans, let it unfold.
Have a good time!

STEVE G: "to say hello was the very first lesson" WOW it must be one of those really good English CD things. (I am really trying to make friends)
RC. I managed to get you out of the jungle, first time I have ever seen any no one-liner post from you. I know you are MR WELCOME of this forum, what I did not know was that you are HE WHO DECIDE. So after censoring the post from the newbees, you decide, who is welcome or not.
My "welcome" to Mr. number was being ironic, and in the part of the world where I am from, that and selfirony is part of the culture. I should guess you are from the other side of the Atlantic, where people tend to take themselves very seriously.
My first post: One big moan according to you. You can call me many things, stupid, ignorant, arrogant, not thinking before talking/posting, but please not a moaner.
Randy, this is leading nowhere, and we are a little of the thread so lets stop !!
To s77656769, you as the alleged "victim" of my political incorrectness, how do you see the whole thing ? Where you in anyway insulted by my first post ? Please give us an honest answer.

Bloody hell I'll be surprised if s77656769 posts again. He must feel like he's entered a loony bin.

As for censoring posts I do not have that ability.
