A friend spoke to me last week and said he had been to a very small Indian restaurant and the food was surprisingly good and exceptionally reasonably priced.
It was the S & S restaurant which is in Poonsuk Road- some members will remember the location as that of the Indian Hut. It is not the easiest location to find but if you proceed down Poonsuk from the City Beach end, past the Irish Pub and just over Dechanuchit Rd on the left next door to Tuk Travel you will find it.
The Indian owner Naresh is most helpful and the majority of dishes available in the UK are on the menu. Chicken Masala is Bht 55, and all 9 chicken dishes are between Bht 55 - 75. Lamb is more expensive from Bht100 - 135, a Nan is Bht30.
A large Leo beer was ( I think ) Bht 60 and a Chang is less.
The place is quite small but well worth a visit and I thought the quality of food much better than the other Indian restaurants in Hua Hin and Cha Am - although that is hardly surprising.
