Yesterday it's news about cats being eaten by snakes. Today's news is about kids using snakes to mug people http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/bristol/8192209.stm
Why did they bother with the knife amnesty?

Reminds me of a Lady who appeared on a TV program a few years back about keeping snakes as pets and suggesting that owners have a basic undestanding of what triggers the 'Feeding reflex' in large reptiles.Surely it was in a cage, pen, enclosure of some sort? Or maybe the oddballs that own it take it for walkies?
Anyway she was from 'Up North' and actually did used to take her large python for a 'Walk' in the park - it used to disapear up trees and she would shout 'come down you daft bugger' and similar things at it - until one day it tried to strike at her scull with the two large teeth they have designed for the purpose...
