One could always spring about $1,000.00 + for the Japanese TOTO washlet electronic toilet. Heated, padded seat and six different levels of water wash, 3 in jet and 3 in spray style, plus hot air blow dry. All controlled by a digital panel attached to the right of the toilet.

My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

Don't get me wrong, I'm going to try this trip, and like I said, I agree with the hygiene behind it.

My front yard has permanant, in place, sprinklers, but I added some grass (sod) to my back yard this month and the sprinklers aren't there.

I bought one of those adjustable, arc, sprinklers for the area, a slow moving type.

Even slow moving I always tend to get wet from it, hope it's not an indicator!!! :cheers:

Never heard the term 'bum gun' before! But praise to the hose and if Bum Gun be its name, so be it :thumb:

High pressure hoses are better though :oops:

It's got to be the Bum Gun for me, followed by hopping into the shower.

In the UK it's balance on the Bidet then hop into the shower.

I found that the soft loo roll, when hanging in our Thai bathrooms always tended to get damp (at least that was my observation) so though we kept some in the loo for guests, we prefer the bum gun and shower approach.

Agree with HH and Mags, go for the top end model and watch the water pressure.

Those Japanese loo's are a bit too technical for me, would be like being strapped into the space shuttle seat, worrying if I was going to press the wrong button, with dire results. :butt:
I've lost my mind and I am making no effort to find it.
