TDS Meter Needed

Does anyone know where I can obtain (beg, borrow or steal) a TDS (Total dissolved solids) Meter in Hua Hin or Thailand at a reasonable price?

I have a pool with automatic chlorinator, so there should be a certain amount of salt in the water. The chlorinator indicates, if the salt is O.K., but this does not work correctly, if there is calcium on the blades.

So I bought a chlorinator from Ebay in U.S.A. for $ 21.94 including shipping, to measure the salt content.

It never arrived, so I E-Mailed the seller and he sent a second one free of charge, which arrived after one week.
