I tried to buy bottled water from the bike shops, thinking it was distilled water for batteries and found it had added chemicals. No good to me. Anyone know where I can buy distilled water locally?
Thanks.

Distilled Water - Where to buy?
When we were going through this thread:
http://www.huahinafterdark.com/forum/sa ... 13008.html
some posters mentioned that the reverse osmosis bottled water is virtually distilled water as the process removes the minerals, and to be careful drinking it full time as you won't get the minerals you need.
Does the good quality bottled water indeed qualify as distilled water? Pete

You can tell by the taste, not the colour. I have a PWT (pure water tester) coming in the next few days, which will determine if it's okay. Will pm you when it arrives.barrys wrote:I've just had a good look at the distilled water we use and it's absolutely clear.
According to my staff and the label on the bottle, there don't appear to be any chemical additives.
We buy it in boxes of 12 x 1 litre
Cheers.
