Electricity company building location

I got overdue electric bill on my hands that I'm supposed to go to pay in the Provisional Electric Authority office.

I've been searching for the address all around the web but there doesn't seem to be exact address anywhere. I know the office should be near Market Village but does anyone know exactly where?

Not a big problem really as the bill is for my neighbors house that has no-one staying in for a long time but I'd prefer to clear the bill for them now so the night light system keeps working until they return

along phetkasem road as you drive south out of town, go past market village and take the u-turn to return towards market village. directly in front of you as you do the u-turn is the electric company.

It is now the second U-turn going south after Market village, since the old one was opened up a few weeks ago. Opposite Condo chain.
