Not sure if this guy delivers all over town (I live near the south end of town) but he has always been fast and reliable in my water emergencies. He comes with an 8000 liter (I believe) blue tanker truck and speaks some English. Last time I used him was a while ago but the price was reasonable too (500 baht per truckload as I recall). He has long hoses for tank filling as well as sprayer nozzles for landscape watering.

His name is Khun Suchin and his number is 089 989 3166.

If that doesn't work, let me know and I'll get some other numbers from the missus.

If the number that HHF has given you does not work let me know and I can give you the number of the guy we use - much smaller tanker though so might not be of any use.
