Marina in Hua Hin/Cha-Am area

Remember an article about a group of investors from Singapore interested in building a marina in Hua Hin/Cha-Am area. Can you help me to find and if there is any news regarding this project.
Trying to find a suitable location for my sailingboat, will be delivered September 2010. It looks like the only marinas are in Pattaya and Phuket for the time being.

If you can send me the specs of the boat - length, beam, draft etc., I'll get back to you straightaway - we have safe & sheltered moorings on the Pranburi River with 24/7 access to the sea
