this summer mya family and I were there. They did serve us fish by mistake and my son which has allergi towards fish got a severe reaction and was taken with ambulance to Sao Paolo.
MK did pay for the whole hospital fee, and weaved the dinner fee (we were part of 9 people eathing quite a lot)..

yes I know..if this was in the States, i would have suited the x"#%& out of them..however, now we are in Thailand and during my 15 years in Thailand this is actually the first time they did take care of everything. I believe only the hospital bill was above 10.000THB
often, they are helpful, regretful if something happens....but forget everything else in terms of compensation...
If that had happened at a big restaurant chain in the U.S., you would now be on your way to becoming a millionaire!
