I am a bit surprised to see Sukhumvit 105, (La Salle) included. One of the most expensive Schools in Bangkok is in Soi 105. Maybe that is the reason? 
My stepdaughter went to La Salle School a few years ago, and it was never a problem then. The last time that I was down that Soi it looked to me like it had undergone a lot of development improvements.

Christ the MIB are patrolling in gangs (for self protection) - what were the safety measures I wonder? Nice to know that they are going to cover areas outside of Bangkok. Does he mean HH ha, ha??
I would vote if there was a poll "any time you cross the Chao Phrya from the Sth and everything Nth delineated by the current Bangkok municipal boundary line !!!
