you can pressure wash it but try not to hold it too close as it will blast off some of the stones. Another but more strenuous method is to get some acid and dilute it, then pour on and scrub with a hard brush, wait 10 mins and wash off. brings it up noice and bright, like new.
PS. your tiles, have a defect and i believe you will not be able to get rid of the stains. either accept them or replace them. (i may be wrong, but have seem it before)

I agree with SL but before you attempt any pressure washing which can be destructive, try regular liquid laundry bleach like Clorox or the Thai version thereof. I've used it and it works.
As mentioned pour it on and let it sit, then work it in with a scrub brush. The less force the better as even with a brush you can sometimes loosen the stones in the sandwash. For the horizontal edge, get in the water and try to get as much bleach on the stone as possible. The bleach won't hurt the pool water. Pete

Ta Pete.................
Lets give it a rub and a scrub
! Never look back and regret,
look back and smile at what you have learned !
You can get your maid into a bikini and have her do it.
If the bleach doesn't work, go the diluted pool acid route as SL suggests. I just try not to mess that stuff too much as the fumes usually get me right in the nose! Pete
