shooting in chiangmai

A german guy was shot twice at piont blank range and kill last Tuesday. He was stopped at a bussy intersection on his bike when a pickup truck stopped next to him, the guy in the back just pulled out a gun and ban. Police said it was road rage??? It made the local papers but NOTHING in the english rags. Did any of you in HH hear of this?
