Camera repair shop in HH

Post by krabifatboyslim »

I have a digital camera which has stopped working, its not an expensive one (circa 10k baht) but I'd like to get it repaired. Can anyone tell me where I might find a good camera repair shop in Hua Hin ?

Most shops just say "got to send to Bangkok". Sent mine with a request for an estimate and was told it was a known fault so no charge

Its a Canon IXUS II and several years old

Really chuffed :D

Richard, I think you need to make use of the newly restored Edit button. That post does not make a lot of sense. :D

Canon does have an excellent shop that repaired my old ixus in Bangkok. It took a few days though. I don't know of anyone here. By the way, even though my old camera was a year or more out of warranty they fixed it for free because it was a known recall problem.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?
