looks like Papa Piggy is going to have seveal little piglets to look after then, as my reading of the article suggests that whether or not Skinwash Jnr and his equally vacuous clotheshorse dimwit sister get their dosh back, they still owe the taxman 12bn Bht.

I think their strategy is to read for so long everyone is in bed and asleep before the verdict. 
This has been going on since 1300 hours and still not finished reading the details at 1930 hours.
Updates received, there is only one positive thing so far as follows: "By a unanimous decision, the Supreme Court ruled that the prosecution against former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatrat is unclear on the extent of unusual wealth and how it is linked to abuse of office."
That's kind of nebulous and no idea the impact on the other negative rulings they've handed down so far, and there have been about 10 so far. Stay tuned. Pete

EDIT: To sub that, the remaining 30 billion is still frozen awaiting calculation of interest and other claims. They're going to rub his face in it, and that may be a mistake if they want the red shirts to stop. They should have just drawn the line tonight to have it finished and done with, not extend it. No reaction my side of the Gulf. Didn't know what to expect, but it's simply another quiet evening. Thousands of red shirt factory/construction workers around here as well.
I don't think the rank and file understand it. He lost, he won, as they didn't take all. Appease both sides and for the red shirt side it didn't/doesn't take much I guess, or they're still thinking about it around the campfire drinking their hootch.
There was a definite strategy today here that went far beyond the verdict. It was timed and planned almost down to the minute to assure least possible conflict. Friday evening, end of month payday, happy time, bill paying time, relief mentality bills paid, drinking time, family time, karaoke time etc.
