We used a translation office in Pattaya some time ago for English into Russia.

The woman's name is Mira, telephone number 089-6003886 (well, it was then anyway)

She was quick and efficient and the price was reasonable.

If you often require translation work you may want to try outsourcing on one of the freelance websites. I know my wife sometimes picks up English to Thai translation requests.... it gets her some extra spending money for yet another pair of shoes, which of course only last for a couple of months. I've never figured out why women need so many pairs of shoes.

For anything official or even semi-official, you should be very careful about doing this.

Most of these are translation auction sites, where the job is awarded to the lowest bidder.
This has obvious repercussions for quality and quality control, especially with the more 'exotic' language combinations, as the site operators normally don't have the skills to check the finished product.
