I believe people having O blood can donate blood to anyone.

A- is quite a rare blood group, I'm A+ and even though they are both A's, they are not compatible.

All of the Rh minus status types can only receive blood from other Rh minus, but not from just any blood type.

The only other blood type compatible with A- is O-, which unfortunately, is even rarer than A-.

Hello my name is David Green and I live in Hua Hin, actualy Khao Takiab, my very dear friend here in Hua Hin is now in hospital and seaking a blood donnar, his blood group is not common so there are problems, he is in the Hua Hospital and his blood group is AR- most people are AR+ if you can help please go to the Hua Hin Hospital, they are for some reason looking for Farang blood only and the people must be under 40 years old.
