New resident to Hua Hin from UK

Post by moonmonkey »

Hello there forum readers

I've been reading a the forum a little while before joining, and it looks like a nice place so I've finally joined :D A little about myself I have moved here from London, England with my wife and young son. My real name is Andy and I am 31 years old.
We've already ordered our new car a Honda CRV, you really gotta compromise on what you want, not like car shopping in the UK and whats the deal with no diesel choice!!!????
Anyways I look forwards to reading your posts and getting involved in the forum!! So all thats left for me to say it is a pleasure to meeting ya and to take care of yourselves.
One day your life will flash before ya......make sure theres something good to watch!

Hi Andy - welcome to the Forum. So what's the plan in HH, setting up in business by yourself?

Sorry for diving straight in with the questions..... Welsh you know :duck: ...... and as I'm not too far away age-wise (well, in my opinion) - just interested.

Welcome Andy, the CRV was a good choice. I bought one when I first moved here six years ago and it's still going strong with no problems/repairs except except the usual expected maintenance like changing the oil, tires, and battery.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

thank you very much for the warm welcome. Well pharvey actually I got a job offer already hence the reason for the move.....I'd be nuts to turn down the opportunity, the weather is alot better than London right!!? :)
I will certainly check out those other forums cheers guys, I have been to thailand many times before, including Phuket, Bangkok, Chiang Mai (my wife is from there), Pattaya all over really I am quite fortunate. Thats all I can think about at the moment, now to check out the rest of the forum :)
