Can anyone recommend maid/nanny fast?

Hi, need to find a maid/nanny fast, by next week. Clean house, help a full time mother watch her toddler and her baby. 6 days a week, 8.30am to 1am, lunch break, back at 2.30/3pm till 7pm. Yes indeed! Big difference between a 'maid' and a 'house cleaner'. We could devote a thread to the differences and those who have hired the latter thinking she was the former. Life is never easy. Pete
