I was watching RSA-Uruguay match when a loud warning signal came from the tv broadcast. The text came up telling the people of Pieksämäki (a town of 20.000 inhabitants in mid-Finland) to avoid going outdoors as there's a grown up bear walking around the town. And no, it isn't a polar bear.
I'm not making this up but I didn't know where else to put it. I just felt really weard, I suppose it would be the same if a wild elephant walked into down town Hua Hin.
Terry, would you like this kind of Finvasion, rather than the usual beer Finvasion?

Not bloody likely
Whilst a good old 'Finvasion' would empty my fridges and fill my till
I suspect a bear would try to empty my ponds - that is of course until it was maybe attacked by a Pacu, Alligator Gar or Arapaima
Having had the joke - we did once have an Elephant storm into our place, being chased by a crazy mahout. That was long ago and we now have good security walling / fencing all round.
I guess that our 10 dogs may have a view on the situation as well
