Marina near Hua Hin ?

I'm looking for a marina near Hua Hin or something similar with a bit of security.

I know Barrys have a marina in pak nam pran but if i can get closer to Hua Hin...

Also, how much a marina charge per foot normally ?

As far as I'm aware, there's nothing closer than PaknamPran.
Actually, it only takes twenty minutes or so to drive there by the back road.
