VIP bus line near Hua Hin electric supply and Sth of market village. Cars do U turn almost in front of the joint ie: those travelling Sth and want to get to Market Village.
Thoroughly recommend Did it 2 months back. a/c, recliner seats, toilet, bottle of water (cold) and biscuits. Also stop over for light snack - all for ~ 360Bht.
Try ringing 044 255555.
English - bit of a problem though.
Enjoy the ride.
Hi all,
Travelled from Hua Hin to Ubon last week with Chanapai tours which are just to the left of the new bus station. The vip bus (32 seats) was brand new, very comfortable, reclining seats, leg rests . It costs 670 baht per journey and the route is as follows: HH, Cha Am, Petchaburi, Samut Songkram, Samut Sakorn, Surin, Srisaket and Ubon. You get water, a couple of cakes and also a food stop is included.Tel no's are 0879907899 and 0875475355.
RICHARD OF LOXLEY
It’s none of my business what people say and think of me. I am what I am and do what I do. I expect nothing and accept everything. It makes life so much easier.
OOps confusing Nakohn Ratchasima (Korat) with Ubon Ratchattani - silly me.
When I got off bus at Korat I found the Korat Khon Kaen bus about 20 meters up and the cost 181 Bht. Not as nice as the VIP bus from HH but quite acceptable. Vaguely remember them leaving on the hour (if you are lucky).
The departures from HH to KORAT were 8.30, 10, 14:00, 19:00 and 21:00 with trip time being ~7.30 hours but included a short stop over for brekky in morning in ChaAm or arvo snack (coming back form Korat) somewhere near Pratunamprain.
