Not ony there @ Sofitel Buksida.
I can still remember it got so Flooded that the Back half of the Hua Hin Night Market didn't opened at all and we Stamford Students had to swim over from Clocktower over to Knight Market & swim back. That night was eating @ the Campus Canteen!

I was a Student of that Institution of higher learning.
even witnessed the heavy Monsoon of 2001 where it rained around Cha Am/Hua Hin boarder continuesly for a whole week without break. in hatd and sometimes light intervalls.
