I would like to echo the sentiments of this comment that follows the above article:

'I do have one complaint and this is that you don’t stress enough how he has made life miserable for 100’s of residents here in Hua Hin on his projects and with almost all the people he has done business with.'

Let's hope that with this sort of exposure and the newfound enthusiasm of certain sectors of the Thai police force that some of these career criminals are removed from the town.

Steve - would the "real" career criminals please stand up.
I have seen a surfeit of concrete around. Pity it could not be used for more constructive purposes ha, ha.
Gypped foreigners don't have a leg to stand on in LOS unfortunately. My grandpa told me that if you lie with dogs you will wake with fleas.

It is quite simple, don't use this forum if you don't like the way it is run. You can please most of the people most of the time but there will always be a minority that finds fault in everything you do and only focus on life's negatives.

We agree that there are many good sentiments on AD's website but, just as the TVisa website is, they are not based in Hua Hin and do not have to constantly look over their shoulders.

Anyone who still doesn't comprehend this simple premise should learn to read between the lines and have a go at running a public forum for a few days.

To remind our readers of our terms and conditions that you ALL agreed to upon registration:
We welcome general discussion on property related issues but will not permit the posting of specific information that may be defamatory or used as part of a legal dispute at a later date. This includes but is not restricted to the names of real estate companies, developers, owners, photographs or republication of private messages or email. What is permitted will be so at our sole discretion, this forum is not a platform for property disputes.
Now for anyone else that has a problem with HHAD: CLOSE THE DIGITAL DOOR ON YOUR WAY OUT.

Regrettably, on a scale of nought to infinity, the Thai police force's enthusiasm will not register.
Do the actual and reported 'squabbles' between falangs, or farangs, impact in any significant way upon the daily life of of your average Thai 'Joe Public'?
In an attempt to put my comments in some perspective I cite a not too recent accident on the Cha-Am bypass where around twenty people lost their lives - the report made a few lines deep inside the Bangkok Post.
A similar tragedy is headline news in the West.
The Thais have much more to concern themselves with than to be concerned with internecine squabbles.

Would you be happy with it being done if it was on your website, you lived in HH and it was you receiving threats?

It's blatantly obvious to me, a no brainer!
