Hello Everyone,
I leave UK this Sunday to start my new life in Thailand. I visited Hua Hin a few years ago fell in love with the place and always wanted to come back and retire here.
I will be in BKK for a few days and then going up to Buriram for a couple of weeks and kind of hoping I am back in Hua Hin before the Ryder Cup starts.
I am a keen golfer (H'cap 9) and a faithful follower of Plymouth Argyle FC and I already note there is at least one fellow supporter on this forum.
Would certainly like to integrate into the HH society so hopefully I will get the chance to meet up with some of the members on here in due course.
Cheers
Chris

Hi Ropes, welcome to the forum.
Have an extensive read of this forum, including threads from a while back, many very experienced posters from Hua Hin and elsewhere on here.
Don't be hasty with anything, if you're not sure then ask on here, might save you more than just time.
Good luck.

Hi Ropes, welcome aboard. It's great to see another member of the Green Army on board. Are you a proper Janner, or have been converted?

But I grew up and am typing this in my new home in the train village in Hua Hin
Oh the horror

Re: New Member
Thanks for the welcome and especially to fellow greens.
Yes a Plymouth boy, Laira Green and then Sutton HS and have been religiously supporting them for more years than I care to remember. Was at Colchester last week and the first half was as poor as I have seen in a long time. However onward and upward.
Just another quick question I assume that the Ryder Cup will be possible to view in a bar or bars in HH somewhere. Does anyone know for sure?
Thanks again.

Nice on Randy, it's the best TV series ever made. I watced all 5 seasons in about 6 weeks. Are you working your way through the lot? Season 4 is generally rated the best. Indeed!Randy Cornhole wrote:Lol iv'e just watched series 3 of 'The Wire' so ive gone all street awl ight...
