Thanks Margaret, So far i would have to say that Hua Hin looks alot nicer and is certainly cleaner than Pattaya.
Hua Hin looks and feels like a really nice and safe city and i like it here.

Another convert then NT. You're not on your own. It's probably a bit more expensive in HH but good to hear you feel safe. Still need to watch out for the odd scam of course - and like anywhere keep an eye on your belongings. Where there's tourists there's always people wanting to try it on, but in HH the Tourist Police are good IMO and the most hassle you get is usually from the frog sellers!
