6 Packs of Refrigerated Off White Liquid in 100m Containers

What is it? I see it has a nutritional label but beyond that I haven't a clue except that the color makes me think it's milk based. Is it kefir?

It's a fermented milk product, as I suspected. I can't read the label, but all fermented milk contains lactobacillus, a gut friendly bacteria. I picked some up thinking it might help my GI tract while on antibiotics. No idea why people drink it or why it's widely available.
