Meditation and Yoga in Hua Hin

We like to make a new group of vipassana or inside meditation and yoga in Hua Hin. If there is somebody interested in it, please check the website .meditationinhuahin org and enjoy us on wednesday or friday in Wat Khao Santi in Khao Thakiab. It is a very nice monastery, calm and we are happy to have here very experienced teachers. Everything is free of charge and without any other obligations. Should be good for beginners and advanced meditators too.

As the yoga class on Fridays (4:00 p.m.) is happening outdoors, it will not take place in case of rain.
There will be no yoga class on Friday, November 5, 2010.
