Too late now but if you need any other kitchen bits and bobs the shop on the corner of Chomsin and Sra Song Roads is good. (Not far from the rear of the main part of ChatChai Market.)
The outside of the shop is hung with plastic containers etc but inside it's a little Aladdins Cave.
A sprout is for life - not just for Christmas.

Thanks. Found one at Villa Market. I only looked at the kitchen utensils' section last time and it wasn't there, so I figured they didn't have any. Today I walked around and found one near the cash register, where the coffee grinding machine is. 400 baht like you said. The box says the size is "3 cups" but it looks like just one cup to me, unless you drink a tiny amount of coffee.
Yes, that sounds like the one I bought there... comes in a white box. As I said it makes just one cup in an American sized coffee mug. I think the three cups are those little tea cups with the little handles that one has to hold between the thumb and forefinger while sticking the pinky straight out... and with the saucer for putting crumpets on the edge. :D

I bought a small travel bean grinder at Emporium in Bangkok to go with it and with those together I'm never without a good cup of coffee on the road! :thumb:
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

Not too late. I need a couple of other things for the kitchen, so I'll go take a look. Thanks!
