I'm going away for a week in December and I'm dreading the idea of leaving the house completely empty. I have dogs but they're going into the kennel while I'm gone. I live at the end of a road and a few of the houses around me are empty, so if somebody decides to break in, chances are nobody around will even notice.
So I was thinking about the possibility of having a housesitter. I used to do this in the States, mainly because I had plants and I didn't want them to die while I was gone. Here I have fish, so it'd be nice if somebody comes around to feed them as well as to keep an eye on the house. Honestly, I would prefer if somebody just sleeps here while I'm gone. Maybe clean the house as well.
Is it possible to find a reliable housesitter in Hua Hin? You know, somebody who won't take off with all my stuff while I'm gone. Is it even a good idea?
Possible to get a housesitter?
Re: Possible to get a housesitter?
Shouldn't be too easy to find a skint falang. We have them here in Canada but they want to be paid for having rent-free digs.
