Sandman, I didn't bother to look at the video, but 40% of your posts are "hate America" posts, 40% are "hate religion" posts, and the others are about movies and music.

I think you are a sad lonely person using this forum (80%) for an outlet for your sick ideologies. Please stick to the "Entertainment" section where what you post has some actual value.

Thanks! :thumb:

1) So you DIDNT watch the video, but are happy to misread the message and condemn the post. Sounds like the people who condemned Life of Brian without ever seeing it, or people who condemn universal healthcare bills without reading or understanding them, and oooooh a stack of other similar examples.

Incidentally, its a joke me and a million other viral video watchers think is hilarious. Its been in the press in the US, UK and most of Europe its that funny. Even Saturday Night Live and South Park have had a swipe.

2) I dont hate the USA or Americans at all. I criticise them and their government. Thats healthly .... its called free speech mate. Read your First Ammendment. I DO get a say as what happens in your country of birth has a direct and relevant effect on the UK, Europe and the rest of the world I live in.

Again its not just me....there are a few million of your own countrymen doing the same thing online every single day. I stand with them.

3) Yes I do hate religion, and in particular the three Abrahamic faiths. They promote violence, ignorance and hate. They make otherwise altruistic and good men into selfish psychopathic crusaders. All three reguard me and all other non believers as their main enemy, and their cries have in the past few decades become more and more vocal. I choose to respond in kind.

However, Im not the one flying planes into buildings or painting "Jesus Killed Mohammed" on tanks whilst cutting the ears off dead Muslims. Im not the one using white phosphorus to bomb civilians. Im not the reason you have to q up for 3 hrs to get on a plane. So again, I figure I get to have an opinion on the matter, and to voice it loud and proud whenever I decide its necessary or relevant.

When I am wrong then the court will decide...opinions posted will be valid and take me down a peg. I am big enough to admit sometimes Im a fool and get it wrong. In this case Im not. Your assertions are wrong, unjustified and plain dumb.

And if any of that upsets you then tough titty as we say in Blighty. Dont read the posts I make, dont bother commenting back.

As I say: No compromise, No surrender, and I will be f*cked before I go gently into any good night.

Or as Abraham Lincoln said: To sin by silence makes cowards of men.

Now develop those giggle muscles and get a sense of humour eh?

I didn't watch it because I've learned to disregard everything you write when it starts with a sentence bashing America. I loved Life of Brian and as far as universal health care goes, especially the Obamacare variety, you can watch (or listen to) this video if you choose. Anyone who is for it is really an insane fool. The people in congress (read that left wing loons) who signed the bill did not even read it themselves, by their own admission.

The first amendment gives me the right to ignore both them and your lunatic ravings too. Many more millions are sick of the current administration and the way he/they are socializing and ruining a once great country (as proven by the congressional elections last week). Incidently, since when does the first amendment of the U.S. constitution apply to you? Do you carry a U.S. passport? If not, you can quote the free speech rights of your country, but not mine as it pertains to you.

Don't hate the religion, hate the people who manipulate it to control others. I am no longer religious, but I know from experience that life in general was better when people had faith of some kind and something to believe in whether it is real or not. I grew up in a religious, loving, family and neighborhood with no drugs, violence, or any of the problems that exist nearly everywhere in the mostly faithless world that exists today. I suspect if you had grown up in a family like that you wouldn't be such a bitter person filled with hate for people who believe in anything you don't.
Or as Abraham Lincoln said: To sin by silence makes cowards of men.
He was a Republican by the way! :D

I think if you read most of my posts you will find that I have a very healthy sense of humor (humour :D ), but you have just worn it down with your constant flaming of America.

I'd like to hazard a guess on the second benefit, she is not shaking your vodka drink correctly.

Why is it I know I'm going to be wrong. :run:

I think anyone who finds this funny would also find Beavis and Butt-head funny. For those who don't get the cultural reference, I'll spell it out: 13 year old boys of, at best, average intelligence.

Some light relief Homer - I actually thought it was funny, well VERY funny. Personally I don't find ''Beavis and Butt-head'' funny, BUT who actually gives a sh*t?

If my comic preference is John Cleese and/or Monty Python rather than Emo Phillips, am I gifted with a higher IQ or a superior sense of humour? Certain people should get over themselves.

Sorry blue, IMHO whatever makes you happy - enjoy life, all to their own.........

In A Fish Called Wanda, Wanda Gershwitz (played by Jamie Lee Curtis) says to Archie Leach (John Cleese): "He [Otto] doesn't have a clue...he's so dumb, he thought the Gettysburg Address was where Lincoln lived. And when he heard your daughter's name was Portia, he said, 'Why did they name her after a car?"

My choice of user name was based on the man who is generally acknowledged to be the author of the epic poem The Odyssey because I too am on a long journey home.
