Hi all,

Been having trouble downloading Visa form from the Thai Consulate, Hull. When I try to download the forms Adobe is not recognising the format. Never had a problem previously so am now mystified. Have tried contacting Hull be email but no response. Anyone else had this problem or does any one now a fix.

I'm using Adobe Reader v9.4. I've just tried a download (I'm in the UK ), and received the following error message:

I've just tried again - it opens in Word, not Adobe

[Edit] If you still can't open it, PM me with your e-mail address and what it is that you require, and I'll e-mail it as an e-mail attachment.

Just opened it using word as suggested. Am using Adobe 8.1 which gives the same message as you posted. Sadly have not had a reply from the Consulate, wonder if they are aware that there is a problem.

I found their e-mail service to be non-existent as well. However, their visa service was excellent.

It opened for me using Open Office and also Foxit Reader but not Adobe!

Yep, try Foxit!
