As I found out that not so many people are familiar with floorball or bandy, I thought there must be so many other games in the world that most of us know nothing about. So in this thread, let us know about these not so well known disciplines.
I won't add bandy or floorball here as they can be found in my other post. This one, I think will also be one of them least known sports in the world; underwater basketball, well sort of, or whatever you want to call it.

I used to play 'Fives' - which reading the attached wiki entry, would have been the Rugby (school) version. The school I was at had two such courts and our English teacher, a Mr. Busby, had attended Rugby school.
Basically it was the forerunner of squash, but played with a leather glove and a wooden ball and it was not wise to do a backhand return (that was the tennis player in me) as that part of the glove wasn't padded!
I used to enjoy it and never enjoyed playing squash as much.
