Anyone know of this place?
Minitel Hotel, Hua Hin, 55/6 Petkasem Road, Nhonggae District, Hua Hin.
Just south of the town.
I'm looking for a place within easy travelling to the town centre, near the beach and with.....car parking!
It looks reasonable from their website, says its a 100 metres from the beach, but does anyone know how far it is from the centre? Does it have car parking?
I hope someone can help?

Well,
Minitel is hard by the Phetskasem Road, but on the beach side of it. It's about 2.5 clicks from town center.
From outside appears to have parking place, but I've never visited the place, so I really don't know.

Hi caller,do not know this one but if you are looking for reasonable hotel about 1 km out of town with parking and pool,can recommend Chan Chay .They have some cheaper groundfloor rooms but best in 2 storey main building and usually around 1000 baht a night.There is also a small soi close by with some smaller hotels on it generally Scandinavian owned.Can use Verandha bar for beach front drinks though some posts on here are not too keen on the place,I have never had a problem though I prefered the older building.Hope I am allowed to recommend these places on this website.Digger

Stayed in the mintel before..it has car parking and is close to the beach..pretty basic but liveable.......have to phone for a taxi as there are no stands about.
