I need an electronic component for a Siemens clothes washer.

Any Idea of a parts supplier in Hua Hin area?

We have Siemens washer and dryer. The dryer broke about a year ago and we contacted Siemens who sent a technician down from Bangkok to diagnose the problem, order the part and come back to fix it. I don't think anyone in Hua Hin can do it.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?
