Good morning all. Planning a visit to thailand and not sure where to go, yet. What different cuisines are in Hua Hin? Of course Thai but what else that is good?

Hi Moondog,
Welcome to to the Forum - great to have you on board. There's a plethora of different cuisines available, but I'll leave it to the other members to advise. You certainly shouldn't go hungry.

Pretty much anything, Italian, Mexican, Vietnamese, Chinese, Indian, Laos, plus your typical American and English type places.

As well as French, German and Scandinavian, bit of Japanese. Being a 'fishing village' of sorts the emphasis is often on seafood.
I've found better Indians and more variety in other places but as above you certainly won't starve. But where is the Lebanese? Not seen one in HH yet

The Restraunt at the Golden Bhudda, at the end of the beach has great seafood. Long walk but worth it.

Personally I like to have some european dishes when im starving, and some thai dishes when I am feeling like trying out something new.

I'm the same, apart from the new bit.clayraw wrote:Personally I like to have some european dishes when im starving, and some thai dishes when I am feeling like trying out something new.
Nothing better than some good European food when you're riced up to the eyeballs.

Thanks for the replies. I've spent some time in Korea and quite like their food, Pipimpab, Pulgogi, Kimchi etc. Is there a Korean restaurant in Hua Hin or Cha Am?
