You see, if you get out of your car and study those signs very closely, you see there a lot of fine print relating to the various terms and conditions.........only stop during certain hours, only stop in MIB are present, and it's within the last five days of the month, only stop if no other traffic in site, stopping to allow right of way traffic to pass is a criminal offense and carries a penalty not exceeding 200 baht, etc, etc, etc.
