I bought one in the Index complex. The timer didn't work which we did not discover until the roast as burned. Went to exchange it and the second one had the same problem, tested in the store. Always a good idea to have electrical appliances tested in the store before buying. Returning malfunctioning products are often a major hassle here in LOS.
