Premier League 2010-2011
Re: Premier League 2010-2011
I think we'll be looking at the likes of Cahill, Young, Cavani and Hazard too and we've apparently left a huge offer on the table for Aguero.
I'd like Éver Banega.

I expect there'll be a queue of clubs for any of those playersBaaBaa. wrote:I think we'll be looking at the likes of Cahill, Young, Cavani and Hazard

As far as most fans are concerned, it's shape up or ship out time for Wenger.
Next season really is a defining one.
The original & generally accepted 5 year plan is now up & overdue.
If he doesn't realise that changes are needed, he is more stubborn & arrogant than i suspect.
It could turn into a sad & messy end to his reign

Yes, I just get the feeling our new owners are going to show they mean business this summer.redzonerocker wrote:I expect there'll be a queue of clubs for any of those playersBaaBaa. wrote:I think we'll be looking at the likes of Cahill, Young, Cavani and Hazard![]()
I agree, he's a top top manager and has helped improve the league itself.redzonerocker wrote:As far as most fans are concerned, it's shape up or ship out time for Wenger.

Fat Sam was commenting on the Bolton Arsenal game, he said Wenger is tactically naive, the Britney Spears headset wearing whopper.

Difference was, he had the onfield generals which he currently doesn't have, ie adams, keown, vieira etc (as caller pointed out).
Some of his substitutions are baffling to say the least

Pat Rice is apparently retiring at the end of the season & it will be interesting to see who comes in to replace him.
Youth team manager Steve Bould is the fans choice but is maybe to outspoken for Wenger's liking.
Vieira is another name in the mix.
What isn't required is another yes man!!

As for liverpool, they don't need that much of an overhaul, probably the same as us.
Champions league football is a big attraction for a lot of the top players though, so you may have a stumbling block on some options if you don't qualify (there's still an outside chance you could

You have the bonus of a few decent young players coming through the ranks, which could save you a fortune in the long run.

Kelly was fantastic before his injury and Robinson and Flanagan have even surprised me.redzonerocker wrote:You have the bonus of a few decent young players coming through the ranks, which could save you a fortune in the long run.
Then we've got Coady, Pachecho, Sterling and Ayala who all look promising but Suso is the one, this kid could be a top top player.

Did IMHO. Torres celebrating with "Lamps" is sickening.
