I think you are more likely to find that in a non tourist area, maybe parts of Bangkok, Chonburi, or some of the medium to larger cities of the north east.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

Small cities like HH do not usually have such factories. Big cities are where the labour and infrastructure are.

I know of one up the north east called Baxter Brenton clothing manufacturing if you google them you should find they are in a place called Prasat 30 minuites from Surin.
