Thai law re property ownership following death of spouse

Hi, I just posted a topic (same heading) under Legal, Visa etc, which you could perhaps look at to see full post.. but in a nutshell - buying a condo in Cha Am, Foreign Ownership Freehold, with my long-time partner. Both of us hold Canadian passports, but if she also has Thai nationality (ID) and if she died b4 me, would her family have any rights to the condo? I don't think so, it being foreign-ownership, but have to ask you guys if any of you have any knowledge on this... Thanks, Jimmy Canuck.
