Housing project behing Orchid Villa

Housing project behing Orchid Villa, does anyone know what is happening there? Someone has told me that they are going to be finished soon. There is not sign of construction workers.

I think it is the incomplete extension to Orchid Villas.
I am not sure, there are houses incomplete where building work has stopped. I do not know the developer.

Yes I thought so too. It is just there are quite a lot of property for sale in OV and I wondered if the incomplete properties backing onto them were going to be completed. The agent I spoke to said they were going to be completed.

The same developer has three other projects in the Soi112/116 area...............None of these has projects have been progressed in the last 12months, except where the orriginal purchasers have completed the outstanding work themselves at additional cost.

Maybe the agent knows of more disappointed owners that are intending to complete their properties

Thanks. I think you have to be careful with purchases. To me it looks like nothing much is happening there. Security at the back of some of the OV looks grim. If the houses at the back were completed it would be better.
