Ok no answers so... Its Manchester United 1958 Wembly cup final. After the Munich air crash.

It is a military button? It has a loop at the back and you put pins through the loop and through the jacket?

Not military, no. It has a 'loop' on the back through which it is sewn onto clothing.

Not a cap and nothing remotely military, but otherwise you're guessing well! It's ... sort of button-sized... :wink:

I have been through all the old schools....is it Christ's Hospital School? Blazer button? :shock: If not more clues please :bow:
