Lawn Bowls
There are frequent updates on this forum about the golf scene in the Hua Hin area, however I have never seen anybody mention lawn bowls. It is fairly popular back in the UK, especially with those who find other sports too demanding (I am not sure than golf falls into that category), but it is certainly a game predomidated by those nearing or already into their retirment. Is there anywhere in Hua Hin or the surrounding area where bowls is played?

I'm sorry, I don't know when that article was written, although those brochures at the bottom of each page are usually fairly up to date. Hopefully Admin will be along later - they should be able to put a date on it.Dannie Boy wrote:I hadnt BB so thanks for the quick response - any idea when the posting in Hua Hin sport was made?

Being Scottish i still follow back home http://s347999676.websitehome.co.uk/
I have two sets of bowls in HH with me but nothing here - still on the look out for 2/3 rai of land at decent prices (fat luck around here though) to build a couple of full-size all-weather greens (got all the pricing for installation of the base/sub-base)...
