Arcadian I'm stumped on the list purpose :cry:
I went by the international dialling code which was promising
UK,44 Norway,47 Sweden,46, Austria 43
except Myanmar sits outside the group at +95

lets try Bulgaria, Cambodia, Finland, Hungary, who joined the UN straight after Austria. in 1955. The others on Arcadian's list are in earlier chronological order. :|
