Many may have tried to download stuff here and failed.
The documents claim, using the little icon, to be PDF files. However, when you try to download them they have cryptic 2 letter names like 'Ac' with no extension; and when you try to open them in Acrobat they are broken. I have spoken to Hull to try to get them to fix it, but without result.
So, here is what you need to do!
Download the file (browser dependant) then rename the file to add a '.doc' extension and double click. Yes folks, they are 'Word' files - not PDF's.
