We finally located the D-Mark tonight. My wife had Cabbage Roll with Boiled Potatoes and I had Weiner Schnitzel. Both were well prepared and tasty. We will go back. A little out of the way but worth the drive.
Before leaving, Siani and her husband arrived. I am sure Siani will report on their meals.
We found it! We met Bapak (forum) and his wife, which was nice. Always good to meet someone from the forum. The restaurant is a little off the beaten track. I had met the owner and his charming wife before at Kans tea shop in Khao Takiap. The food we had was tasty...we both had a meatloaf, beans and potatoes. We were hoping to have Apple Strudel but they have only just started so not running yet with a full menu. They did give us some lovely fruit for dessert. Wish them well

The menu is in its early stages at the moment. (in my opinion) I could not understand a lot of the menu as the translation was a bit difficult. There is not a dessrt menu or icecream. The dishes look to be authentic home made. It is just the husband and wife running it at the moment, maybe more staff as it get busier.

That is a good idea Bapak to post the menu. I think the menu was really confusing too. He does need a good translator. I would recommend to people to try it in a little while once they have worked it for a few weeks. It is their first restaurant, so it must be not an easy task to get it spot on at first. I would say the meatloaf did taste nice, in fairness to him. With new reviews on restaurants I am always willing to give people a chance as sometimes they cannot get it right the first few days.
