So what is going on around here and where does it happen? This section is for discussion on local events, festivals, and holidays as well as activities and things to do.

Are there new markets recently opened in Hua Hin? if so where are they and what is the best way to get to them?

Not open yet - a few weeks, probably. About 6-7 kms up Soi 112, which is on the other side of the flyover as you leave HH going south.

Visited site of Floating Markets and the one off the road has water in it and a few stalls and things open now. Site not finished and they said that formal opening was July 7 or so. Looks like the front lake area will be finished first but more construction on buildings in back is a ways away. Looks like a beautiful site when its completed.

The one on Soi 112 is has buildings but looks much smaller and looks to be a ways off for being open.
